Yes. You read that right. DEEP FRIED noodles from the brilliantly named ‘Send Noods’ Sichuan noodle bar. Currently, Send Noods has a residency at Copeland Social in Copeland park behind Bussey Building.

Send Noods specialise in hand-rolled and hand-cut chewy noodles influenced by Sichuan flavours, juicy bao and handmade dumplings. They are also the geniuses behind these deep-fried noodles, roast greengages, Sichuan sugar and ice cream dessert. Insane.

Alongside their deep-fried noodle dishes Send Noods cook up some pretty creative plant-based dishes like Caramelised “pork” with hoisin sauce bao (£4.50), Tingly “chicken” with sesame sauce (£4.50) or zesty lemon zinger - sliced crispy fillet with noodles (£8).
