Rotorious - (now closed)
Yeah that’s right, Peckham has a spot especially created for those who appreciate the finer things in life; rotisserie chicken.
Brothers Adam and Sam Reid have shared their love of all things rotisserie chicken, beer and hot sauce by opening their first brick-and-mortar eatery in Peckham - Rotorious.
Based in Market Peckham, Rotorious has a communal vibe eating area, and since opening in June ‘22 has been serving the fine peeps of Peckham the ‘perfect’ chicken which the brothers claim to do by blending the classic French cooking method of rotisserie with the zingy flavours of the Caribbean.
So, what can you expect?
First up, you can try a quarter (£7), half (£12), or whole (£21) rotisserie chicken Cooked with Rotorious’s signature rub and finished with a squeeze of slow-cooked lemon, fresh spring onion, and a sprinkle of optional coriander. Alongside rotisserie chicken on the menu, you can also find loaded Rotorious Fries (£9.5), Chicken Subs (£8), and a Chicken Salad Box (£8.5).
The boys pride themselves on their gravy and sauces so every dish is served with free spicy chicken gravy and homemade ‘Peckham Punisher’ pineapple and scotch bonnet hot sauce.
