Join Annie Edwards on the day after the summer solstice for a gentle hatha and restorative yoga workshop to celebrate the symbolic time of transitioning from the short days of winter to the bright, long days of summer.
Annie will teach a slow hatha yoga practice and highlight the deeply therapeutic effects of each posture. Conscious breath work will be featured to help move stagnant energy, raise awareness and release deep blocks. The practice will include hands-on shoulder and neck massage and finish with a deep practice of Yoga Nidra.
This workshop is designed to help you slow down, surrender and experience a peacefulness that comes from spending intentional time with yourself. Come and learn how to focus your attention and willpower, increase creativity, release blocks, heal yourself and heal others.
This workshop is open to all levels.
